YgEia3 Announces Full Buyout by SHUAAA Private Equity

Chicago, IL — August 15, 2025 — YgEia3, a scientific wellness testing company founded in 2012, today announced that SHUAAA Private Equity has completed a full buyout of YgEia3’s corporate business in a transaction valued at £682,000,000.00. The deal closed on July 9, 2025, and shareholder distributions will be completed by August 22, 2025.

  • Post-Close Structure: YgEia3 Sports remains a separate entity and continues to operate under Kinnick Holding.
